I’ve been catching up on my DVRed Oprah’s and I am loving her more and more. Great and only 5 episodes left! Perhaps she is more open and wacky since she has nothing to loose. What are they going to do fire her?

The James Frey interview was less painful to watch this time but I still wish he was more eloquent. How can he write so brilliantly descriptive yet he has about as much emotion as Courtney Cox’s face? In short, Oprah apologized, they both cried and had epiphanies. He basically answered most questions.
Oprah- “do you run a fiction factory ?”
James Frey- “yes and no”

I also watched part 2 of the last makeover show and yes they did an amazing job with the police officers but I was underwhelmed overall.
However I do have a new found love for Tory Burch <3.
I’m bananas for the Solana skirt Ms. Burch wore on the show.
The Tevray wedges the Makeover chick Kate wore are a must have.
OMG I loved the hair too. Is $800 for a haircut from Sally Hershberger crazy?
Hair is your accessory you use every day so $2.30 a day for awesome hair seems worth it.

I am going to be glued to Abc at 3 everyday to see MS. O go out in style.

Great Post on the fashions at Cannes however this is not my favorite Penelope Cruz red carpet moment. I prefer the black she wore at the Pirates of the Caribbean premiere and the HOTGucci red liquid number the day before.

High fashion was everywhere this weekend at the Cannes Film Festival. The dresses were tailored perfectly and hair and makeup were flawless as celebrities stepped onto the red carpet. Runway Looks We Love: Christian Siriano
“Inspired by plant life, Christian Siriano‘s fall show featured a palette of moss green, mauve pink, and muted blacks. “The original inspiration came from these photographs of black orchids, which are called Dracula Orchids,” the designer told us backstage. “They’re a bit creepy and a bit dark, yet very ethereal and quite romantic.” The interpretation was as literal (with laser-cut flower details) as it was imaginative (dresses looked like they had petals and leaves). The show also offered a preview of his new collection for Payless, with gold hardware and five-inch heels, which made some models wobble on the runway. I belive a model tripped and fell on the runway. Those shoes might need to be toned down for the real payless customer.

Big Retail Enters The Bridal World

First Ann Taylor then Jcrew now Urban Outfitters Inc is joining the bridal world. WWD gave us a sneak peek into the collection. This new sophisticated line has a hint of whimsy. It will begin with just on-line retail and then the company plans to open its first freestanding store in August.

“BHLDN plans to be a one-stop online shop for all special occasions – offering dresses, accessories and decorative pieces for every special event in your life. Wedding gowns will be priced between $1,000 – $4,000 and special occasion dresses from $200 – $600.

Kristin Norris, BHLDN’s managing director told WWD, “We’ll attract a bride who is looking to reflect her vision. She may be a more mature or sophisticated bride. Our customer skews slightly older, but she’s still under 30.”

Pink confirmed on The Ellen Degeners Show that she is indeed pregenant. Yay for her. In the mist of all these hollywood break ups its nice to see her and Husband Carey Hart happy and back together.

She looks great although I wonder about this gray hair. Why would you give your self gray hair early? Those greys will be poopin out fast when she has that kid.

I didn’t understand the gray hair on Kelly Osborne either she looked like a past first lady.
